What this website collects

When you send a refill, transfer, or contact request, we collect the information you type into that form so our pharmacy team can act on it. Requests are forwarded directly to the pharmacy. This website does not store them in a database.

Website forms are not monitored around the clock. For anything urgent, call us at 732-310-0324. In an emergency, call 911.

Your health records

Your prescription and health records are held in the pharmacy’s own systems, not on this website, and are protected under HIPAA. You have rights over those records, including the right to see them and to request corrections. Contact the pharmacy to exercise them.
